Riassunto
Abstract
La tesi mira a risolvere il problema di come aiutare le aziende cinesi ad attrarre i talenti grazie all’impiego dell’employer branding, decisivo nell'era della carenza di talenti. I contenuti della tesi si basano su documenti, rapporti e esperienze di stage nelle aziende cinesi e spagnole. I risultati ottenuti in questa tesi comprendono i sei principi della costruzione di un employer branding sistematico, basato sulla situazione specifica delle aziende cinesi; essi sono: misurare correttamente, mantenere la coerenza dei marchi, garantire l'autenticità, promuovere attraverso i social network, essere attraente e pensare in modo diverso. Gli impatti dei sei principi forniranno un riferimento per qualsiasi azienda cinese per costruire un employer branding appropriato, per guidare le stesse a vincere la "guerra dei talenti" e assicurare l'implementazione della strategia di acquisizione dei talenti con successo.

Abstract (English)
The thesis aims to solve the problem of how to help Chinese companies to attract the talents thanks to the use of employer branding, decisive in the era of talent shortage. The contents of the thesis are based on documents, reports and internship experiences in Chinese and Spanish companies. The results obtained in this thesis include the six principles of building a systematic employer branding, based on the specific situation of Chinese companies; they are: measuring correctly, maintaining brand consistency, guaranteeing authenticity, promoting through social networks, being attractive and thinking differently. The impacts of the six principles will provide a reference for any Chinese company to build an appropriate employer branding, to guide them to win the "talent war" and ensure the successful implementation of the talent acquisition strategy.
