L'elaborato svolge una ricostruzione teorica quanto al concetto di sicurezza informatica per poi analizzare le normative di riferimento - la Direttiva (UE) 2016/1148 (Direttiva NIS) e il D. lgs. n. 65/2018 che recepisce la prima nell’ordinamento italiano, e il Decreto-Legge n. 105/2019 istitutivo del Perimetro di sicurezza nazionale cibernetica - quanto al funzionamento della governance istituzionale in materia di sicurezza informatica (sia a livello europeo sia italiano), nonché quanto ai doveri di conformità in materia di sicurezza informatica prescritti nei confronti degli enti soggetti alle due normative suesposte. Spazio è dedicato anche al Regolamento (UE) 2019/881 (Regolamento sulla cibersicurezza) nonché alla proposta di Direttiva NIS2 - che abroga e sostituisce la Direttiva NIS - in via di approvazione.

The thesis reconstructs the theoretical concept of IT security - and cybersecurity, which is different from the other one. Then, it analyzes the EU's Directive 2016/1148 (NIS Directive) and the italian Law-Decree n. 105/2019 establishing the "cyber(netic) national security perimeter", in particular the IT security public governance, whether at european and italian levels, and the IT security’s compliance duties of NIS Directive's and cyber national securiy perimeter's bodies and companies. Futhermore, the thesis analyzes some aspects whether the EU's Regulation 2019/881 and the proposal of NIS2 Directive (repealing the NIS Directive).
