Vascular rings anomalies are congenital pathologies that affect the 0,5-1% of the canine population. The persistence of right aortic arch with a left ligamentum arteriosum is the most common of them. Another kind of anomaly is the aberrant subclavian artery, it can appear with or without the presence of other vascular anomalies and is the main focus of our study. CT exam is the best one to make vascular anomalies diagnosis. Making a retrospection from 2013 up to March 2016, we have put together the CT reports of 19 dogs which included an aberrant subclavian artery, in 6 of them the persistent subclavian was the left one, in 13 cases it was the right one. The left persistent subclavian is always paired with persistent aortic arch. The right one besides is never linked to other vascular anomalies. The reason of the CT exam must be connected to a suspect vascular rings in all the dogs with an age of less than 4 months and with regurgitation episodes starting from the weaning. The finding of a aberrant subclavian artery in adult subjects is just an occasional find.
