Summary
La tesi è articolata sulla figura del beneficiario dell'amministrazione di sostegno vista nell'ambito del diritto successorio, esaminando da un lato la capacità del beneficiario dell'amministrazione di sostegno di disporre per testamento ed altresì la sua capacità di accettare l'eredità e dall'altro lato studiando la figura del beneficiario dell'amministrazione di sostegno rispetto alle figure dell'interdetto e dell'inabilitato nell'ambito del diritto successorio.
The thesis is based on the figure of the beneficiary of the guardianship which is viewed from the perspective of the succession right, on the beneficiary's ability to make last will and testament and on the beneficiary's ability to accept the inheritance.
