Being carried out at the Diennea company, this thesis seeks to present an innovative data visualization service that provides a general overview of the company's performance. The aim is to create a generic company customer journey that can be as flexible and replicable as possible for the companies to which this offer is addressed. Through the graphs, the salient features of each phase of the marketing funnel are showcased. The organization of the project involved three moments: firstly, the anonymous user's "approach" phase, whereby the information related to advertising campaigns on both online and offline channels and the traffic generated by the web page are presented. Underlying objective of such a phase was the identification of potential customers. The second step concerns conversions: in fact, the protagonists in this dashboard are the products. These have been classified according to their current status, i.e. open opportunities, orders and abandonment (meaning when the order has not been placed). Also in this case we want to look for insights from the added value, in order to optimize their campaigns and their offer. Finally, we have a third recapitulation dashboard, in order to have an immediate overview of costs and results.
