Summary
Abstract
The problem to know, as exactly as possible, the number of cardboard sheets delivered to the customer, is an important
question for a corrugated cardboard industry.
Actual procedures, in fact, are too slow and not sufficiently accurate.
In this context it's a sensible suggestion to use solutions based on imaging vision and processing .
Our research suggests a new solution describing both the way to acquire images and the information processing algorithm .
Furthermore we explain the reason why the result surpassed old difficulties.
