Riassunto

Le finalità sottese a questa tesi di laurea sono state due:
1.analizzare le norme e le modalità che hanno determinato il rilascio di una autorizzazione alla immissione in commercio (AIC) di nuovi vaccini efficaci e sicuri contro la COVID-19 in tempi brevissimi;
2.verificare, sul presupposto che con il rilascio della AIC dei nuovi vaccini la Commissione europea ha negoziato anche il prezzo a carico degli Stati membri in caso di acquisto, se l’esperienza maturata con il vaccino per la COVID-19 possa essere mutuata anche al settore farmaceutico sia in base all’attuale assetto normativo sia a quello che verrà con il quale l’UE intende affrontare le future emergenze sanitarie con l’UE della Salute.


Abstract

The underlying purposes of this degree thesis were two:
1.analyze the rules and procedures that led to the issue of a marketing authorization (AIC) of new effective and safe vaccines against COVID-19 in a very short time;
2.verify, on the assumption that with the release of the AIC of the new vaccines, the European Commission has also negotiated the price to be paid by the Member States in the event of purchase, whether the experience gained with the COVID-19 vaccine can also be borrowed to the pharmaceutical sector both according to the current regulatory framework and to what will come with which the EU intends to face future health emergencies with the EU of Health.
