The overall objective of this dissertation is to analyze reversible solid oxide cell energy storage systems, focusing in particular on the thermal management strategy.
In the first part of this paper are displayed and analyzed some systems proposed in literature, underlining possible advantages and critical aspects considering the state of the art of ReSOCs. In the second part a new plant scheme is proposed and a dynamic model of both the stack and the accumulation system is developed and benchmarked using Simulink software.
