Lo sviluppo della mia tesi si concentra e si articola su uno “stage” aziendale, presso il Gruppo Nestlé a Perugia, iniziato il 19/08/2021 con durata prevista al 18/01/2022.
La mia attività lavorativa si svolge nell’ufficio International Transport Team (Import/Export), pertanto la mia tesi si baserà su uno studio approfondito delle mie mansioni, un’analisi dei punti di forza e di debolezza riscontrati e sulla individuazione, secondo il mio modesto punto di vista, di proposte migliorative volte ad incrementare l’efficienza e l’efficacia dell’ufficio. Inoltre ho concluso la mia tesi con un’intervista al mio responsabile e al coordinatore della distribuzione in merito a tematiche inerenti le problematiche del settore della logistica, le problematiche oltreoceano, le conseguenze della Brexit e sull’Industria 4.0

The development of my thesis focuses on a company internship at the Nestlé Group in Perugia, which began on 19/08/2021 with an expected duration of 18/01/2022. My work is carried out in the international transport team (import/export) office, therefore my thesis will be based on an in-depth study of my duties, an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses found and the identification, according to my modest point ofview, of proposals for improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the office. I have also concluded my thesis with an interview with my manager and distribution coordinator on issues related to issues in the logistics sector, overseas issues, the consequences of Brexit and future commitments and prospects.
