A Detailed report on the Design and Analysis of manufacturing of hollow cathode with Powder bed Fusion has
been presented. Potential materials for different Hollow cathode parts available are
also presented. This review also has specific dimensions for different parts of the Hollow
cathode for the future scope of Manufacturing the Hollow cathode.
The idea is to manufacture Hollow cathode parts with additive manufacturing.This will save a
lot of time. And can be manufactured and assembled in one lab, it Will reduces the time for
Research and development of the next Hollow cathode iterative.
