Summary
This work presents a set of networking components that bring flexibility in the way the communication is carried out in the Edge. The proposed approach exploits semantic IP addressing, the positioning and the hardware capabilities of the nodes hosting the microservices instances to provide a powerful traffic balancing instrument.
