L’obiettivo del progetto è stato quello di analizzare e migliorare il processo di progettazione presente in ASA.
È stato studiato il processo di progettazione AS IS. Dopodiché è stata proposta l’implementazione di un’analisi “rischi opportunità”. L’analisi è stata suddivisa in due parti, quella generale e quella specifica al caso di progettazione preso in considerazione (revamping della centrale Mortaiolo)
Per entrambe le analisi sono stati studiati i contesti esterno e interno, le Parti Interessate e le loro esigenze. Successivamente, è stata effettuata l’analisi tramite la realizzazione delle matrici SWOT e di seguito le matrici TOWS. Infine, sono state unite le due matrici TOWS e è risultato che il progetto in questione supera positivamente l’analisi “rischi opportunità” effettuata.

The goal of the project was to analyze and improve the design process present in ASA.
The AS IS design process was studied. Then the implementation of an "opportunity risk" analysis was proposed. The analysis was divided into two parts, the general one and the one specific to the design case taken into consideration (revamping of the Mortaiolo plant)
For both analyzes, the external and internal contexts, the Interested Parties and their needs were studied. Subsequently, the analysis was carried out by creating the SWOT matrices and then the TOWS matrices. Finally, the two TOWS matrices were combined and it turned out that the project in question positively passes the "opportunity risk" analysis carried out.
