Il seguente lavoro di tesi si pone come obiettivo quello di definire delle linee guida per l’organizzazione (progettuale e pratica) di conferenze ibride, ossia realizzate con partecipanti che si trovano in parte in presenza fisica e in parte da remoto, contemporaneamente.
Le linee guida consistono in una proposta originale di sei tipologie di conferenze ibride, tra cui scegliere quella che maggiormente si confà alle proprie esigenze, in base a parametri come il livello di complessità tecnologica o di disponibilità fondiaria.
L’elaborato (in Appendice) vuol anche essere un vademecum da consultare per poter organizzare la propria conferenza anche senza averne alcuna competenza, considerando anche le difficoltà tecniche a cui i partecipanti potrebbero andare incontro (offrendo anche facoltativamente la possibilità di utilizzare strumenti derivati dallo User Experience Design come le Personas).
Le proposte sopra citate sono inserite successivamente ad un’analisi dello stato dell’arte sia del concetto di “hybrid”, ossia il “blended” (in particolar modo in riferimento alla pratica del “blended learning”) sia delle conferenze esclusivamente virtuali, analizzandone i pro ed i contro.
A concludere l’elaborato viene presentata l’analisi delle risposte ad un questionario inviato a tutto il corpo docente dell’Università di Pisa e agli studenti iscritti al corso di laurea magistrale in informatica umanistica, per comprendere lo stato attuale di attitudine verso questa nuova realtà ibrida.

The following thesis work aims to define guidelines for the organization (planning and practice) of hybrid conferences, that is, congresses made with participants who are partly in physical presence and partly remotely, at the same time.
The guidelines consist of an original proposal of six types of hybrid conferences, from which to choose the one that best suits your needs, based on parameters such as the level of technological complexity or land availability.
The thesis (in the Appendix) is also intended to be a vademecum to be consulted in order to organize one's own conference even without having any competence, also considering the technical difficulties that the participants could encounter (also offering the option of using tools derived from the User Experience Design like the Personas).
The aforementioned proposals are inserted after an analysis of the state of the art of both the concept of "hybrid", i.e. "blended" (especially in reference to the practice of "blended learning") and exclusively virtual conferences, analyzing pros and cons.
To conclude the paper, the analysis of the responses to a questionnaire sent to the entire teaching staff of the University of Pisa and to students enrolled in the master's degree course in digital humanities is presented, to understand the current state of attitude towards this new hybrid reality.
