La società è in continua trasformazione. Nel corso della storia, molte rivoluzioni tecnologiche si sono susseguite; tra le più significative figurano la scoperta della scrittura e l'attuale rivoluzione digitale. Come questi strumenti hanno trasformato la mente dell'uomo? Qual è stato il loro impatto dal punto di vista cognitivo? In un percorso che parte dall'oralità e giunge all'era digitale, questa tesi esplora le trasformazioni cognitive ad esse connesse e offre una proposta formativa che presenta l'osservazione come una delle possibili chiavi per contrastare gli aspetti negativi che la digitalizzazione, pur con le sue potenzialità, presenta.

Society is constantly changing. Throughout history, many technological revolutions have occurred; among the most significant are the discovery of writing and the current digital revolution. How have these tools transformed the human mind? What was their impact from a cognitive point of view? In a path that starts from orality and reaches the digital era, this thesis explores the cognitive transformations connected to them and offers a training proposal that presents observation as one of the possible keys to counteract the negative aspects that digitalisation, despite its potential, presents.
