Il presente elaborato ha come obiettivo quello di analizzare le aziende operanti nel settore oleario italiano, soffermandosi in particolare sul confronto tra nord e sud del Paese, verificandone le forme di isomorfismo.
Nell’elaborato verrà analizzato il concetto di isomorfismo, confrontando le caratteristiche che più contraddistinguono il settore oleario italiano, prendendo in esame l’azienda Fratelli Carli sita in Liguria e l’azienda Frantoio Cutrera che opera sul territorio siciliano.

The present paper aims to analyze companies operating in the Italian olive oil sector, focusing in particular on the comparison between the north and south of the country, checking their forms of is omorphism.
In the paper, the concept of isomorphism will be analyzed, comparing the characteristics that most distinguish the Italian oil sector, examining the Fratelli Carli company located in Liguria and the Frantoio Cutrera company operating in the Sicilian territory.
