Summary
In the context of the project "Convenzione con i Tribunali -- CdD n. 84 del 08/07/2021" (a collaboration between the Department of Computer Science, Department of Jurisprudence, IIT-CNR, IGSG-CNR and the Surveillance Courts of Genova, Perugia, Bologna and Firenze) we developed the prototype of a search and data exploration platform that can be used by two categories of users: Surveillance Magistrates to act as a decision support system, enabling complex queries and filtering capabilities; and academics and law-makers, who can achieve a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the behaviours of Surveillance Courts in Italy, and draw juridic conclusions about the characteristics of surveillance jurisprudence across time.
