Intensive post operative monitoring with serum TMs for an early detection of breast cancer relapses still is controversal.
To improve cost-effectiveness ratio of an intensive monitoring, specificity and sensitivity of CEA-TPA-Ca15.3 TM panel have been evaluated using an individual reference limit (IRL).
