RIASSUNTO
Questo studio si è posto come obiettivo la valutazione di un metodo alternativo alla analisi biomolecolare del siero come materiale diagnostico routinario per il controllo della sindrome riproduttiva e respiratoria dei suini (PRRS). L’utilizzo dei cosiddetti emosieri testicolari (ET) permette di campionare un numero maggiore di soggetti, il che si traduce in un contenimento dell’errore nel processo di inferenza.
ABSTRACT
Aim of this study is the evaluation of an alternative method to blood serum samples for the routine biomolecular analysis in swine porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS). Processing fluids (PF) allowed to sample wider part of the population, that it transpose in a lower inference fault.
Questo studio si è posto come obiettivo la valutazione di un metodo alternativo alla analisi biomolecolare del siero come materiale diagnostico routinario per il controllo della sindrome riproduttiva e respiratoria dei suini (PRRS).
