Il lavoro si presenta con un'introduzione sulla biografia dell'autore argentino e sulle caratteristiche stilistiche e tematiche della sua produzione. La seconda parte è incentrata sul simbolismo animale e su cosa gli animali rappresentano nella letteratura e nella psicoanalisi. Nella terza parte si sviluppa una proposta di analisi di alcuni racconti, soffermandosi su determinate tematiche, ovvero la corporalità, il senso di colpa e la bestialità.

The work presents itself with an introduction on the biography of the Argentine author and on the stylistic and thematic characteristics of his production. The second part focuses on animal symbolism and what animals represent in literature and psychoanalysis. In the third part a proposal for the analysis of some stories is developed, focusing on certain themes, namely corporality, sense of guilt and bestiality.
