La tesi si pone l'obiettivo di analizzare il settore nautico nel suo complesso, evidenziando l'apporto economico che questo genera per l'intera economia italiana. Inoltre, analizza le varie tipologie di porti turistici e si concentra sui più sviluppati presenti nel territorio della regione Toscana evidenziando le varie caratteristiche della loro struttura come il numero di posti barca, la lunghezza massima delle imbarcazioni che possono sostare all'interno dei porti nonché la forma giuridica dell'ente gestore. Di poi si analizzano alcune particolarità fiscali che caratterizzano la gestione amministrativa di tali strutture e si spiega il rapporto tra i soggetti che detengono il posto barca nel porto e l'ente gestore. Infine, viene analizzato un porto turistico, in particolare "Marina di Salivoli" evidenziando le caratteristiche che lo rendono una delle strutture più ricercate della costa centrale della Toscana.
The thesis aims to analyze the nautical sector as a whole, highlighting the economic contribution that this generates for the entire Italian economy. Furthermore, it analyzes the various types of tourist ports and focuses on the most developed ones present in the territory of the Tuscany region, highlighting the various characteristics of their structure such as the number of berths, the maximum length of boats that can stop inside the ports as well as the legal form of the managing body. Then some fiscal peculiarities that characterize the administrative management of these structures are analyzed and the relationship between the subjects who hold the berth in the port and the managing body is explained. Finally, a tourist port is analyzed, in particular "Marina di Salivoli" highlighting the characteristics that make it one of the most sought after structures on the central coast of Tuscany.
