Summary
La tesi consiste nella produzione di nanoparticelle utilizzando un metodo non convenzionale (microfluidica) e comparandolo con uno tradizionale (semibatch). Consiste in: studio del meccanismo chimico e preparazione delle soluzioni di partenza, preparazione microdispositivo, studio della fluidodinamica, analisi della distribuzione e della dimensione delle particelle.
The thesis consists in the production of chitosan nanoparticles using a non conventionale method (microfluidics) and making a comparison with a conventional one (semibatch). Consists in:
study of the chemical mechanism and production of the starting solution, microdevice setup, fluidodinamics analysis, nanoparticles' distribution and dimension analysis.
