Il progetto di tesi si basa, in primo luogo, la definizione di ciò che è stato svolto durante il progetto di tirocinio e la presentazione dell'azienda in cui è stato svolto. La tesi ha lo scopo di riportare l'analisi svolta per effettuare l'implementazione dell'ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in un calzaturificio appartenente al settore fashion luxury definendo la situazione As Is, condizione attuale del calzaturificio, in assenza dell'ERP e To Be, ovvero come verrà implementato l'ERP Microsoft D365 Business Central. Infine si esegue un focus su come il calzaturificio ha deciso di utilizzare l'ERP Microsoft D365 Business Central per effettuare il controllo di gestione aziendale tramite le funzionalità di reportistica offerte da Business Central.

The thesis project is based, first of all, on the definition of what was done during the internship project and the presentation of the company in which it was carried out. The thesis aims to report the analysis carried out to implement the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP in a shoes factory belonging to the luxury fashion sector, defining the As Is situation, the current condition of the shoes factory, in the absence of the ERP and To Be, that's how the Microsoft D365 Business Central ERP will be implemented. Finally, a focus is carried out on how the shoes factory has decided to use the Microsoft D365 Business Central ERP to carry out business management control through the reporting functions offered by Business Central.
