Abstract (Inglese)
Abstract (Italiano)
This project aimed at dissecting the role of parvalbumin interneurons during GB growth. To address this issue, I used techniques such as chemogenetics, motor tests, MRI and immunohistochemistry analyses.
Given the complex relationship between GB and the peritumoral tissue, it is of paramount importance to understand and dissect the role of all the players in order to add useful information to develop more effective therapeutic approaches aimed at ameliorating patients’ quality of life and survival.
