Il lavoro di tesi da me sviluppato nasce al fine di evidenziare quali sono le modificazioni che insorgono nella digestione dell’alimento e nell’assorbimento dei nutrienti nel cavallo anziano, allo scopo di individuare la migliore strategia alimentare e un adeguato razionamento che possano sopperire ai deficit che insorgono con l’avanzare dell’età.
The thesis work developed by me was born in order to highlight the changes that arise in the digestion of food and in the absorption of nutrients in the elderly horse, in order to identify the best food strategy and an adequate rationing that can make up for the deficits.
