La tesi presenta una systematic literature review riguardo studi di usabilità condotti da remoto. Inoltre, è stato sviluppato un sistema di logging di eventi per la validazione di applicazioni Web che fornisce anche la possibilità di indagare la presenza di usability bad smells.
The thesis presents a systematic literature review of remotely conducted usability studies. In addition, an event logging system was developed for the validation of web applications that also provides the possibility of investigating the presence of usability bad smells.
