This thesis argues that the combined use of BYOD technologies, Cooperative Learning (Cooperative BYOD) and Dialogic Approach in Second Language Teaching can have a positive impact. Before starting the experimentation, we explain why a dialogic approach could be the best choice together with Cooperative BYOD and we analyse the pro and the cons of both Cooperative learning and BYOD. We used Cooperative BYOD and dialogic approach on one class learning Italian as L2, called experimental, and a more traditional approach on another class learning Italian as L2 called analogic. At the end of the course we submitted the same linguistic test to both classes. The results of the linguistic test showed that the combination of these elements is in fact beneficial.
