Questo lavoro di tesi descrive una metodologia strutturata e sistematica che utilizza strumenti normalmente non applicati al campo della gestione per la qualità e che permette alle organizzazioni di mettere in pratica e rendere operativi i concetti innovativi della norma ISO 9001:2015, con particolare attenzione ai punti 4.1, 4.2, 6.1 che riguardano: l’analisi del contesto, delle parti interessate e delle loro relative esigenze, l’individuazione e la seguente gestione dei rischi e delle opportunità. La metodologia non vuole solo essere un insieme di soluzioni quantitative e qualitative ma deve rappresentare anche la base per ottenere quell’approccio mentale diffuso insito al concetto del Risk Based Thinking, che deve essere pervasivo e che deve portare quindi l’impresa a considerarsi come un essere umano e non come un meccanismo. L’elaborato nasce quindi dall’idea di fornire alle organizzazioni un modello che funga da linea guida per concretizzare i punti suddetti ma anche e soprattutto da strumento di autovalutazione interna per conoscere al meglio le proprie dinamiche ed essere proattiva nei confronti di tutti i suoi macro-processi, indicando quali di essi rappresentano maggiormente fonte di rischio e di opportunità.

This work of thesis describes a structured and systematic methodology that uses tools not normally applied to the field of quality management and allows organizations to implement and operationalize the innovative concepts of the ISO 9001: 2015, with particular attention to the points 4.1, 4.2, 6.1 concerning: the analysis of the context, stakeholders and their related requirements, the identification and management of risks and opportunities. The methodology will not only be a set of quantitative and qualitative solutions but it must also be the basis for that mental approach inherent to the concept of Risk Based Thinking, which must be pervasive and needs to lead the organization to be considered as a human being and not as a mechanism. The thesis comes from the idea to provide a model for organizations that can be considered as a guideline for implementing the above-mentioned points but also as internal self-assessment tool to get to know the own dynamics and to be pro-active about all its macro processes, indicating which of them are more a source of risk and opportunity.
