In this thesis, I will explore the world of Chatbots and the connection with the Artificial Intelligence area and with the Cognitive Technologies available to produce a well-suited product. The main purpose of this Master's Thesis is to develop a Chatbot, starting from the design phase, going through the realization stage, including both the software and the advanced analytics needed for evaluate the performance of the tool, and finally analyzing the results and interpreting the outcomes obtained. The software is written in JavaScript \& HTML for the User Interface/User Experience integration tool and in Python for the report produced in an Excel format.
