Riassunto analitico
Questo lavoro di tesi è il risultato dell’esperienza fatta presso Roban’s Produzione s.r.l.; azienda operante nel settore della produzione di abbigliamento in pelle. Durante il periodo di tirocinio in azienda ho avuto modo di approfondire l’utilizzo dell'ERP Stealth 3000, soluzione gestionale specifica a supporto delle aziende del fashion e della moda.
Ad un anno dall'introduzione di Stealth, Roban’s mi ha presentato l’esigenza di voler intraprendere un percorso di miglioramento del flusso di informazioni che permette l’integrazione tra ciclo attivo e passivo, in modo da incrementare le performance aziendali e di ridurre il carico di lavoro dei propri dipendenti. Nella trattazione seguente, partendo da un’analisi preliminare del posizionamento sul mercato dell’azienda e da un’introduzione sul gestionale Stealth 3000, andremo ad analizzare la situazione “as-is” e presenteremo gli interventi e le soluzioni migliorative apportate.

Abstract
This thesis work it’s the result of the experience done in Roban’s Produzione s.r.l.; company active in the field of the production of leather clothes. During the period of internship at the company I’ve had the chance to deepen the use of ERP Stealth 3000, specific management solution in support of fashion and luxury companies.
A year after the introduction of Stealth, Roban’s showed me the requirement to take a path of enhancing of the information flow that allows integration of account receivables/payables, in order to increase corporate performance and to reduce the workload of its employees. In the following discussion, starting from a preliminary analysis of the company positioning and from an introduction of Stealth 3000, we’re going to analyze the “as-is” situation and to present the improvements and the solutions made.
