Riassunto
The aim of the thesis was to synthesize silver nanoparticles by reactive extrusion reducing a precursor “in situ” in molten polymers. Many combinations of polymers and silver precursors were investigated and the most promising was PA-6 and silver oxide.
The synthesis of Ag-NPs was successfully performed mixing PA-6 and Ag2O in a kneader or in an extruder.
