Questo lavoro di tesi racconta della mia esperienza presso l’Azienda Akeron Consulting, durante il quale ho partecipato allo sviluppo di un progetto di Pianificazione, tramite software Tagetik, per il cliente Daimler North America. L’elaborato inizia con un’introduzione sulle aziende convolte nel progetto e con una breve presentazione teorica del processo di pianificazione e del software Tagetik. In seguito, vengono discusse le scelte tecniche progettuali e le modalità di configurazione del software, in modo da riuscire a soddisfare le richieste del cliente. In particolare, si affrontano i problemi nello sviluppo di un processo di pianificazione in una realtà internazionale come quella del cliente, in cui si ha eterogeneità tra le aziende che compongono il Gruppo, ma allo stesso tempo la necessità di riuscire ad ottenere dati aggregati coerenti per svolgere correttamente il processo di pianificazione.

This thesis work tells about my experience at the Akeron Consulting Company, for the development a Planning project, through Tagetik software, for the customer Daimler North America. The thesis begins with an introduction of the companies involved in the project and with a brief theoretical presentation of the planning process and the Tagetik software. Subsequently, the technical design choices and the software configuration methods are discussed, so as to satisfy the customer's requests. In particular, the problems of development of a planning process are faced in an international environment such as that of the client, in which there is heterogeneity among the companies that make up the Group, but at the same time the need to be able to obtain coherent aggregate data to carry out the planning process correctly.
