Questa tesi di laurea rappresenta la sintesi del mio lavoro svolto durante il tirocinio presso lo "Studio di Ingegneria Pandolfi" dal 15 Maggio 2013 al 15 Ottobre 2013.
Il documento è strutturato in cinque sezioni. Ogni sezione, eccetto lo prima che ha lo scopo di presentare gli enti coinvolti, rappresenta un progetto portato avanti durante il periodo del tirocinio.
Nella seconda sezione si affronta l'analisi dei sistemi di sicurezza attuali in raffronto alla norma internazionale OHSAS 18001:2007.
Nella terza sezione si presenta il nuovo documento di valutazione del rischio (DVR) redatto secondo il D.Lgs. 81/08.
Nella quarta sezione si affronta il problema della gestione delle sostanze chimiche tramite le cosiddette schede COSHH (COntrol of Substances Hazardous to Health).
Nell'ultima sezione, la quinta, si presenta l'inizio di un lavoro ministeriale basato sui near miss ovvero dell'accadimento di un evento anomalo che incide sull'esecuzione ordinaria di un lavoro e che in circostanze avverse, potrebbe aver causato un incidente.

This thesis is a summary of the work done during my stage at the "Studio of Engineering Pandolfi " from May 15, 2013 to 15 October 2013.
The document is divided into five sections . Each section , except the first which aims to present the entities involved , shows a project carried out during the period of the stage .
The second section deals with the analysis of the current safety systems in comparison to the international standard OHSAS 18001:2007 .
The third section presents the new document risk assessment (DVR) prepared in accordance with the Legislative Decree no. 81/08.
In the fourth section details the issue of chemicals management through so-called adapters COSHH ( Control of Substances Hazardous to Health ) .
In the last section , the fifth , is the beginning of a ministerial work based on near miss; an occurrence of an abnormal event that affects the execution of an ordinary job and that under adverse circumstances , might have caused an accident.
