Riassunto
The appropriate definition of budget during an ERP Project introduction is one of the most critical success factors to the post Go-live effectiveness. The estimation of project cost is not easy because there are many hidden costs. Not except or underestimate certain activities and resources can lead to additional costs in the set-up phase after the post Go-Live. Our study identify what are these avoidable costs and detect what are the triggering causes- risk factors. So the work begins from an accurate analysis of the ERP literature, identifying the activities, the resources and the cost items associated. It continues through the analysis of some real case studies. Finally, the implications between the literature review and the cases conclude this work.
