Riassunto
This thesis work is the result of a five-month internship experience, carried out with ELIS Consulting & Labs. The internship involved the development of a consulting project for a2a S.p.A., held in Milan at the group's headquarters.
The project is the continuation of a previous work. In 2017, the Networks and Heat Business Unit Department and the Purchasing Department highlighted several criticalities related to the purchase process. To solve these problems, starting from March 2017, a project begins with the aim of defining, together with the Purchasing Department, a monitoring system that simplifies and makes all the management of the purchasing process more effective. The monitoring tool chosen is a dashboard developed in Qlikview.
The activities carried out during the project were therefore:
• Support for the implementation of the dashboard
• Updating of the user requirement
• Support for the implementation of evolutionary
