This thesis describes the design and development of SCDM 2.0 (Supply Chain Data Mart 2.0), a decision support system for Kering, a luxury goods holding. Goal of SCDM 2.0 is to control Kering supply chain performance, providing a reporting tool for monitoring the business evolution, in a unique business language.
After a presentation of the case study, the design and development processes are described. The phases covered by this document are the requirement analysis, the conceptual and logical design of the data mart, the extract, transform and load process, and the development of reports and dashboards.
