Riassunto
This work is focused on the synthesis of novel ruthenium complexes with potential anticancer activity, carried out at the University of Pisa. The new compounds have been designed and obtained by linking a ruthenium(II) frame to one or two bioactive fragments. The anticancer activity of the complexes will be tested at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
