Sommario: La Tesi presentata riguarda il progetto strutturale e architettonico di un impianto di imbottigliamento e di un centro espositivo, situati a circa due km dal centro di Casciana Terme (PI).
Obiettivo della tesi è riattivare l'imbottigliamento dell' "Acqua San Leopoldo", acqua minerale dalle importanti proprietà curative, al fine di promuovere l'immagine di Casciana Terme, incrementarne il turismo e lo sviluppo economico.
La progettazione architettonica ha curato lo studio del rapporto tra i due edifici e l'inserimento all'interno del lotto, situato in una zona collinare di spiccato valore paesaggistico, ponendosi come obiettivo l'integrazione tra il costruito e l'ambiente circostante.
La progettazione strutturale ha riguardato solo lo studio dell'impianto, analizzando in un primo momento la struttura in acciaio, costituente l'ossatura portante, e successivamente le fondazioni in cemento armato.
L'analisi strutturale, condotta rispettando le prescrizioni del D.M. Infrastrutture 14 Gennaio 2008 "Nuove Norme Tecniche per le Costruzioni”, è stata avviata con un' analisi dei carichi considerando sia le azioni statiche sia sismiche. In seguito utilizzando i diagrammi delle sollecitazioni, elaborati attraverso il software di calcolo "Straus7", si è verificata l'intera struttura mediante il metodo semiprobabilistico agli Stati Limite in entrambe le condizioni (SLU e SLE per le statiche,SLV e SLD per le sismiche).


Abstract: The thesis concerns the structural and architectural design of a bottling plant and an exhibition center, located about two kilometers from the center of Casciana Terme (PI).
Aim of the thesis is to reactivate the bottling of '' Water San Leopoldo ", mineral water with important healing properties, in order to promote the image of Casciana Terme, increase tourism and economic development.
The architectural design has taken care of the study of the relationship between the two buildings and the inclusion within the lot, located in a hilly area of a strong landscape value. The purpose is the integration between the built and the surrounding environment.
The structural analysis was limited to the study of the bottling plant, by analyzing at first his steel structure, and then the reinforced concrete foundations.
The structural analysis, conducted in compliance with the requirements of D.M. Infrastructure January 14, 2008 "New Technical Standards for Construction", was started by an analysis of loads by considering static and seismic actions. Then using the diagrams of stresses, processed through calculation software "Straus7", the entire structure was checked using the semi-probabilistic method in both conditions (SLU and SLE for static, SLV SLD for seismic).
